Limited Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Coverage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

REM warrants that all factory manufactured REM Electric Motorcycles are free from defects in material and workmanship during the period of this Limited Warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Limited Warranty covers parts, including the motor, motor controller, frame, swing arm, fork, rear shock, brake assemblies, wheels and electrical sub-assemblies, and approved REM accessories installed at the time of purchase by an authorized REM dealer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under this Limited Warranty, an authorized REM dealer will repair or replace (at REM\u2019s discretion), without charge, any parts that are covered by this Limited Warranty and found by REM or an authorized REM dealer to be defective in factory materials or workmanship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The duration of this Limited Warranty is a period of two (2) years or 50,000 km (whichever comes first) from the date that the authorized dealer delivers the motorcycle to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-Coverage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The REM Battery Packs remain the property of REM Limited and as such are not covered under this warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This warranty will be deemed void if motorcycle (vehicles) is not used under Normal Operating Conditions where routine maintenance and care are lacking or Proper Use where the vehicle has been used in a manner not intended for a rider and passenger or in accordance to local regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
